More Than a Film

Your big day is as much about the experience and the memories made as it is about the final product. Simply put: if you love your film, but hate the experience, then I let you down. I want you to know that not only do I have your back throughout the process, but when everything is done, I hope you’ll feel as if you’ve made a new friend. It is also my goal to work in tandem with your photographer to communicate clearly with them so we both walk away with the best shots possible. I understand how fast the day goes, so I do everything I can to prepare for your big day in order to be self-sufficient, allowing you to focus on the most important moments instead of logistics.

Meet Cody Linde

Behind the Lens

Born and raised in Billings Montana, I’ve always had a passion for story telling. I graduated from Montana State University where I studied filmmaking and photography. After graduating, I pursued both personal and commercial projects that took me throughout the US and abroad to places such as Africa and India.

Fast forward to now, I’m married to my best friend, Hannah, and have two incredible little boys. With family being so important to me I made it a priority to find an avenue of storytelling that keeps me close to home, and here we are – I would be more than honored to document and tell your story.

Here are some fun facts about me:

  • If I could relive the moment where I tried a Reese’s for the first time, I would. They are my go-to treat.
  • My favorite place in the world is Africa.
  • I grew up in the camping industry, where my family owned multiple KOA’s.
  • My favorite movie is The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

The Process

Lets Meet!

After reading through this guide, the next step is to meet. We can either get together for coffee or schedule a zoom call. This is a great opportunity to discuss your needs, get to know each other, find out about your story, and answer any questions you may have.

Reserve the Date

If we're a good fit and you'd like to move forward, l'll send you a proposal with a contract and invoice to make things official. Once you submit them, your date is secured on my calendar.

Questionnaire

During the time leading up to your wedding. I'll send you a questionnaire to gather basic info such as your venue location, the name of your photographer, and see if you have a wedding planner and/or day of coordinator. I'll also find out if there's any other important details regarding your big day that you'd like captured.

Tie the Knot

It's your day and it's going to be stellar! I'll get to your venue early to scout out the layout and lighting. I'll work along side your photographer and communicate with you about any specific shots I'd like to capture. Thanks to all the planning and prep we've done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while I focus on my craft.

What You've WaitED For

Shortly after your big day, l'lI get to work on your wedding teaser so you can have something to present to your friends and family to build up excitement. Within 90 days I'll have your finished film for you to celebrate and relive the special day.
